Skip work to boost birth rate

Singapore!!! Listen up! Skip work to make babies !Oh...no no no, not available in Singapore yet. :O But that's happening in Russia which is also facing declining birth rate (just like Singapore). The Russian authorities urged couples to skip work Wednesday and make love instead to help boost Russia's low birth-rate. LOL!

If you are not motivated to have a second child by the baby bonus, will you do so for the sake of an apartment? That's one of the top prizes if a baby in Russia is born on Russia's national day. It is claimed that this "baby-making" scheme is working in Russia.
